Hi, My name is Bill Colydas. I leave in Montreal, Canada. I've been involved with RC since 1990, mostly Airplanes. When I moved to Montreal From British Columbia in 2001 I had to give away all my hobby stuff. So I was looking for a hobby and started to build airplanes again. After awhile my work didn't allowed me to continue with the hobby. I put the plane aside and left it there. A friend of mine introduced me to helicopters and my first one was the Hirobo dragonfly(electric)I had fun with that thing. Later I purchase different models and going bigger of course. In 2007 I attended a FunFly in my area and of course Vario was there with a fantastic display with gassers and turbines. Well I got hooked. Winters in Montreal are harsh and lonely. I decided to go into scale helis. I contacted Vario here in Canada and the rep filled me in in some details. So I purchase the Bell 212/412 1810mm model. He also sent me a catalogue (smart of him) and I saw the EC-155EB. I bought that one two. So now I have two projects going the same time. I'm very pleased with the way the Vario parts are made. I hope they will be ready for this summer and I will let you know how things are progressing.
